About Craftsmen United, Inc.

The Team at Craftsmen United, Inc. is on a mission. Their mission is to train the next generation of Marine Tradesmen and create Craftsmen who continue in their pursuit of excellence. This endeavor started in 2005, when Dan Wiggins left a renowned shipyard to form Craftsmen United. Soon after their inception, Craftsmen United developed their Mobile Shipyard capabilities and the 'Guns for Hire' program was born. Unlike other labor pools, the 'Guns for Hire' come with their own equipment. They are self motivated, highly skilled and productive Tradesmen who pride themselves in their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

With the help of the Port Townsend community, Peninsula College and other local entities, Craftsmen United is able to be the catalyst that is promoting a new attitude and passion for training and developing the next generation of Tradesmen.

Craftsmen United's work force is their most valuable asset. They are well managed and set up to succeed, not fail. Cross trained in at least three trades, their Craftsmen are able to successfully start and complete the project at hand with little or no supervision. Craftsmen United's Guns for Hire are backed up by the proper tools, equipment and hundreds of years of combined experience.

One of Craftsmen United's specialties is Modular Construction. In today's economic environment construction efficiency is the key to being on budget and on time. Modular Construction saves you both, dollars spent and time of build, by utilizing simultaneous construction tactics.
