			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We just received this letter from the Dept. of Homeland Security regarding our latest project, a 23&#8242; aluminum boat named &#8220;The Bulldog&#8221;.</p>
<p>Dear Mr. Warner</p>
<p>Mr. Chet Motekaitis, A PPG Marine Compliance Associate working under contract to the U.S. Coast Guard, visited your company on July 30, 2010 and inspected the &#8216;Bulldog 23&#8242; outboard powered boat.  At the time of inspection, no deficiencies were noted regarding Federal regulations applicable to recreational boat manufacturers.</p>
<p>Thank you for your continued dedication to building safe boats.  The Office of Boating Safety recognizes your efforts and accomplishments.</p>
